我们住的那间门锁有点问题，有时候锁不上。吃早饭前锁了门，吃饭回来发现房门虚掩着，酒店经理查了半天录像，直到退房时也没给我们一个答复。

服务环境都不错，可能是古都的原因，屋内设施不太智能化，整体性价比很高，很不错！还有书屋，很小资，有情调！

整体还不错，只是最后一天送机时间是七点二十，早餐是七点半开始，又没吃上饭就走了，，，可惜了，房间不算大，但是够用了，卫生间挺大的，比快捷酒店服务好，一楼前台都很热情。

位置还可以，离地铁600米出行还算方便，周边吃喝也齐全。酒店设施略旧，服务热情周到。缺点是隔壁房间一洗漱用水，墙体就产生共振轰鸣声，巨大，能吓醒。
