美豪酒店是我觉得服务最好，价格又不高的酒店，所以是我出差首选。由于这个酒店是改装的，所以发现一些不足：地面发现烟头，手持花洒不太好用，固定不住，面盆龙头出水太冲，容易溅。

服务人员很亲切。走廊备有瓶装水，可以随时取来喝。酒店有免费停车位给旅客提供了方便。早餐食物丰盛，有多种食物供大家实用。就餐环境干净整洁，给客人带来舒适的就餐环境。非常好！

先说优点，服务态度五分，有随便取的水果和矿泉水，有下午茶，进来出去都会问好，服务态度给大大的赞！地理位置不错，离小寨，博物馆，大雁塔，芙蓉园都可以步行。硬件其实一般，可能是住酒店多了比较挑剔，床品，装修到卫浴，一般吧，卫生间的浴帘让房间降低一个档次，洗脸池设计不合理，洗手的时候会往外喷水。总体还是可以好评的！

服务确实是很好，至少我认为在我入住过的酒店里服务是最好的！酒店的早餐也不错，汤汤水水的家常饭确实很舒服！以情动人，很Ok。
