很坑人的一家酒店，特别前台客服王娟，我们周五住了这家酒店因为要去临潼，所以周六退房并交了周日的订房押金口头预订没有在艺龙旅行网上预订（当时网上上价格是230多），周日到了店居然要求我们按照门市价277付费，还美其名曰说优惠了，完全是乘火打劫。而且前台服务态度不好，好像欠他们钱似的，房间小，隔音差，这是我住过最差的酒店，没有之一。各位网友，千万不要再订这家酒店，谁定谁后悔。给个差评已经很客气了
