第一天遇到的前台特别差，因为是网上预定的到店付，下午两点到店，第一句话就跟我说住不了了，交涉了很久，改口说房间没打扫出来，继续交涉，又改口说床单被罩没运来，最后在我的坚持下用了半个小时终于办好了入住，上楼后客房领班说房间早就打扫好了，床单被罩也不用运，现成的。分析了一下，应该是到店付的不想给房，希望我自动退或者改付门市价。中间我表示过如果有这种情况我会投诉给艺龙，前台说无所谓你随意。就冲这一点，打不了高分，希望大家不要碰上这种人这种事，影响心情。地理位置非常棒，正对回民街，出门左转一条小路上也全是好吃的，且没有回民街那么多人，很多当地人在这吃饭。房间设施非常新，床和枕头舒服，入住后恨不得就待在屋里不出去了。客房领班和大部分前台态度都超好，很热情敦厚。网上图片实景拍摄。
