服务棒棒哒！环境也不错，主要带着孩子来的。住这里离景区钟楼城墙都很近。酒店很细心，卸妆液，护肤品都有哦，居然还贴心的准备了手洗洗衣液！五星体验呀！前台，楼道里到处都是免费的矿泉水提供。前台还有应季水果供应。

温馨贴心的服务是该店的最大亮点，进门有人问候出门有人招呼，无论遇到谁提什么要求都是热情对待。大堂每天放着水果黄瓜樱桃番茄小零食随意食用，还备有创可贴感冒药香水防晒霜护手霜一次性雨衣一次性口罩等免费使用。相比之下硬件不是那么完美。离回民街很近交通很方便。早餐比较丰盛也有地方特色吃食。

本来之前入住觉得还可以，又重新预定了该酒店。但是明明预定和之前一样的内景房型，却给换到了一个灯光昏暗，全是烟味的外景房。提出更换之前的房型需要另外收费，虽然最后免费更换了，但是过程很不愉快。本来说会有人把房卡送上来，后来又说不行了，需要我自己拿行李去到一楼换房卡。然后之前说有多免费接送机也是只能免费接机。还有一点酒店隔音超级不好。

这家酒店位于西安市中心，旁边就是回民街，西安的钟鼓楼，交通很便利，关键是酒店的环境也很好.很干净整洁，早餐种类丰富.
