位置很好，离钟楼，地铁近，前台和搞卫生的阿姨都很有礼貌，服务态度很好！下次去西安还住那里。

位置不错，离钟楼不远，近钟楼地铁站D口，所在的小街比较安静。设施确实比较陈旧，但服务人员都很热情周到，主动询问改进建议，听说下半年就会升级改造。
