第一天感觉还好，结果第二天换了房间，是没窗户的，但是不想房间很臭，反映情况后，先以没房间为理由不给换，后来说有房间，但要求我们加费才能换房间，不然就让退房，另外找酒店。那么晚了让我们换酒店，有小孩，老人，真让人无语😓。只有加钱换房间，让人无语的是，换的房间说是有窗的，实际是一个假窗户。这就是我们的遭遇。
