硬件还不错，环境优雅，房间也很大，但是服务人员需要提高，晚上打电话让加床被子，推三阻四，一直问类似“是冷吗？那你们可以把空调关了”，最后我说是不能加个被子吗？“不能！”......从来没有住过这样服务的酒店。说实话，打完电话挺生气的，但也懒得说了。

位置靠近灞河，美术馆大门出去左转过马路就到，但我们是逛完灞河生态湿地回来才发现如此之近；
设施装修相当一般，地毯不干净，床体没有床罩，廉价席梦思；窗帘是一整墙，拉开一看窗子只有一扇；
工作人员服务意识异常淡薄，早饭去晚了不到5分钟，告知什么都没有了；问外面哪里能吃到早饭，说那要走很远，就没了下文；房间落了东西，没希望找回来；
总之不推荐。冲着灞河湿地才定的这家酒店，其实周边还有更好的。

早餐超级好吃，可以加床位，同时位置好找，门前的服务生和房间的服务阿姨，非常好！下次来我们还是住这个酒店。
房间宽大，早餐好吃，服务员态度非常好，而且细致干净卫生！
