酒店离西安北站很近，还很贴心的有接站服务，很方便。酒店房间设施也不错，服务热情、周到。入住当晚很晚了卫生间地漏不好下水，打电话到前台，很快就有服务员来处理了，自己都不好意思了，但是服务员没有抱怨，热情的帮忙处理了，很赞！

卫生不合格，卫生间别人用了的牙刷都没有换掉，地下还有烟灰，外观看着还行，进去后门的部位有些都裂开了，离北站还是挺近的，早上有车免费送，也没有提前告知，还有下来退房遇到，总之一般般
