住过多家维也纳酒店，这次这一家体验较差。环境，卫生，服务均有待改善。想要叫早服务，但房间电话打总台打不通。我是0点入住，第二天早上五点半赶飞机，入住时我要求把发票开好，总台人员不同意，说第二天早上开不误事，但早上弄了很久发票开不出，说打印机坏了。误了我的时间。
