1、设施设备陈旧、门上面防锁链都没有服务员还说都没有去年换了，应付还说免费送两瓶矿泉水，我想说普通酒店都会有；2、浴霸都没有、只有一个洒，到处喷水；3、窗户隔音效果真差，马路上来回车辆吵死晚上都睡不好，还不敢关灯4、空调吹风声音也是大，简直无语了，希望看大的旅客慎重考虑；主要还贵、地址偏僻、商店都没有，差评差评，前台服务态度很差；

酒店环境很不错，服务也很好，关键是天气降温了，想着西安已经不供暖了，结果人家酒店还提供暖气着，很温暖……
