酒店整体挺好位置也挺好点外卖会有机器人送上来，大概唯一的缺点就是酒店的一个前台的服务真的是怕人嘞，傲慢的要死，点了外卖让放在前台，我们从外面回来了拿的时候还要教育我们，怕了怕了。

真的是高科技酒店，用二维码取代房卡，虽然我个人更青睐后者。房间里所有设施几乎都是可以用手机操作的，特别先进。还有送牛奶和饼干。前台也特别的热情。绝对推荐入住

600多一晚没敢期望多么奢华高档，但最基本应该干净整洁设施齐全吧？结果：1，孩子洗澡出来，发水了…满地水，赶紧手机联系前台(房间没有电话)，说是马上找人来修，等了半天没人来，再次打电话要求让服务员来先把水清理了，结果没有服务员，说是只有一个维修师傅，但是另外房间也在漏水，修完就来我这……2，维修师傅来了擦干水清理了一下地漏说是好了，孩子睡后我去洗澡，依然不能排水，洗完头发就满地水了……最不能忍的是浴室里面水上漂着一只好大的虫子尸体体……！！！3，房间20度洗一半澡出来很冷，结果没空调，前台回复市政供暖时间没到……那我想问在这个季节是不是房间设施里属于没有空调？4.洗手池的水是黄的…不知是管道问题还是这城市水质就这样？5，孩子在三楼儿童活动室玩，清洁阿姨总是说孩子不让这样不让那样，就怕弄乱了她还得收拾，后来另一个孩子家长坐边上，她才离开不再说了！
说明下第二天换了房间酒店也有道歉和送来纪念品(是在我前台理论后)，思前想后我觉得还是要提供最真实评价给其他人参考。
