酒店一般吧，厕所也是坏的，电视也看不来，基本每天都跟团游，晚上好晚回来睡一下，没有特别的体验，五一期间的价格有点名不符实。

酒店离玉祥门地铁站和劳动路地铁站都不远，走路五分钟左右的样子，出行方便。
进门出门服务人员都会热情的打招呼，如果有不是住客的人进来他们估计也会发现的。
房间隔音比较不好，有些情况和房间的位置也有关系。隔壁的人凌晨吵嚷的声音比较大的时候能听到，外面刚好是个小学，每天白天小朋友都叽叽喳喳的，走廊的声音也能听到。
进门之后插卡会触发门铃，晚上回房间的话怕吵到周围房间的人。进门之后灯需要重新按开关才可以。
毛巾什么的都有柠檬酒店的标志，洗漱用品的盒子很别致，拖鞋质量也不错。
前台的小姐姐很热心，有什么疑问都能很好的解答。门童小哥哥也很主动地帮忙拎行李。
总体来说还不错，服务态度是我见过的最棒的酒店之一，希望酒店能够再完善一下硬件设施。
