酒店最大的感受就是服务巨好：一进去保安小帅哥给拿行李，还给了一杯冰饮，走的时候也帮行李送上车；办入住时前台把所有事项都轻声交待清楚，退房时接到师傅的电话，快速办好手续，开好发票；早餐服务人员告诉各种吃的在什么位置，还问需要吃面条的可以弄；保洁问卫生咋样，还有图片的非常贴心。所有人员见面都会笑着打招呼。说明酒店的管理层不错，能从上到下都服务周到??????！第一次强烈推荐！

在柠檬住了一百多次了，每次来西安肯定住这里。
有停车场、设施都是电动智能。服务员态度也很好、就是这个月过去酒店不送暖风。晚上有些冷，给总台打电话。服务员热心的又送来一床被子，就是这几个月没有暖风有点不适应。其他都可以说在西安比其他同价位酒店都好很多。
