是续订，很方便。这里最大的好处是有停车场，距离人民医院很近，吃饭也方便，不过餐厅团购券不能用，这点不满意。退押金时有点小麻烦，我是携程续订的，这边以为我没续订，又收了一遍房费，当然，说清楚后又退给我了。

选这里是图方便，有餐厅。整体还不错，推荐。房门不隔音，一共住了三个晚上，总像听到有人在开门，不得不把门链插好。
