帮朋友预定的，本来是连着住三晚，后来朋友临时决定最后一晚更改日期，顺延一天入住，电话联系客服说是要2个小时左右回话，结果15分钟就搞定的了，神速啊！非常不错，比某团处理问题好太多了，强烈推荐
