虽然酒店位置在一个小巷子里，但是交通很方便，离地铁和回民街都很近。重要的是，如果你定了西安的一日游，散团地点就是酒店旁边的电报大楼。逛了一天，回酒店离得很近了，少走好多步。酒店服务非常好，几乎就是有求必应哈。酒店有自己的停车场大院子，房间很干净，窗户就面向院子，很安全，洗漱用品齐全。还体验了一下卡通房间，很温馨，适合孩子。

我不是故意黑谁，真的是差到极点，差到极致，直接无法接受，一肚子的火，我不知道那些好评从哪里来的，是花钱买的吧，卫生差，我订的套房，四百多太浪费了，一百多都不值.我八点多到的市区，找了三个小时才找到，找到后看房间不满意想退房，还说不让退，要提前一天预约，我下午四点多订的房，怎么提前一天退，这合理吗？说的免接机，下飞机打电话说要提前一天预约，为啥不写清楚呢，不推荐，大家别浪费钱

房间不错，还送了免费得接机服务，价格很实惠，酒店位置好，房间干净整洁。在一个巷子里，离钟鼓楼景区不行不用十分钟，很方便。前台接待服务态度不错，但是毕竟是经济型酒店，设施可能没有那么好，但是适合家庭出游。房间也很安静，住进来，有送温馨小零食，离店时候前台还送了小礼品，非常贴心，酒店运营管理的不错，希望可以越来越好！满分推荐！
