实话实说，酒店地理位置算不错的，交通地铁方便，周边商业繁华，回民街骡马市鼓楼钟楼都在周边，走路也就5-10分钟！房间还算干净。主要吐槽前台一位年轻女工作人员态度实在是不敢恭维，做不到笑脸迎人就算了，连工作效率都是差劲的，问景点怎么坐车不知道，远不远也不知道，退房的时候一边聊天一边办理，光退房就等了15分钟，您就不知道大家的时间宝贵吗！酒店前台服务人员的态度直接拉低了酒店的水准！
