位置好，离钟鼓楼很近，出门就是公交车站，去哪儿都方便，周边药店超市都很近。前台服务热情，见面都主动问好。房间卫生，设施比较全，略有不足的是商务大房的房间主灯光略暗，建议改进。总体满意，下次还会入住。

酒店位置很好，离钟楼鼓楼步行几分钟，离粉巷也很近。出门就是公交车站。虽然门头不是很显眼，但里面设施都很齐全。房间干净，布置也合理，洗澡水很大，服务不错，前台人员很热情，进出经过都会热情打招呼，总体满分，值得推荐。

柜台人员服务超级好，礼貌热情，就是房间隔音太差啦，一个晚上走廊说话房间里听得清清楚楚的~里外共鸣啦。还有酒店入口太隐蔽啦，费好大劲才找到

酒店价格定位过高。上午订房、告知中午才能入住、出去吃饭下午三点回来、房间还没收拾好。后来前台让客房更新房间数据才开好房。房内的所有的灯竟然靠一个开关管理、其他开关都是摆设、第一次遇到这样的宾馆设置、可能是我孤陋寡闻了。因为是凌晨飞机、所以问有没有送机、大厅有个服务员告诉有、然后追问是什么车。服务员竟然告诉不知道什么车。问有什么车型、告诉不知道、就是告诉价格。都不知道啥车怎么坐？
