前台张莎，朱英服务特好，性价比不错，位置很好，交通便利！距离步行街、钟鼓楼近，美食附近很多，味道好，商场也是很多的，服务员比较热情，非常周到， 房间精致，闹中取静型，设备齐全，干净卫生，床品也是非常舒服，被子柔软、舒适度高，卫生干干净净的。很好的入住体验。推荐给大家入住。

前台服务棒棒哒！酒店大堂服务不错，家人在大堂闲坐提供免费的茶水服务，每个服务员都很热情，住在酒店感觉温馨，房间里的所有东西都是免费的，每天也都会收拾房间，服务是相当到位，酒店离商圈很近，附近约三家比较大的商场，缺东西购买很方便，离地铁站也近，出来玩选择都是和颐，喜欢和颐的装修风格，有的是新开的，在来西安还会选择这家的，酒店可以定接送机服务的，洗手池旁边有个适合化妆的小镜子，吹风机是可以随意拿的那种很方便，比固定的那种好用，隔音挺好，设施完备，早餐有包子馒头稀饭水果酸奶等面面俱到，很好。推荐。
