家庭旅馆，设施很新，周边修地铁不太好找，吃饭方便离景区很近！自驾停车也方便！服务热情，单间换了标间也没有加价，谢谢老板！

交通便利，位置好，坐拥地铁首站：大学城站。公寓干净、卫生、环境好、有回家的感觉、很舒服。小区门口有交通银行、长安银行两大银行。与西安科技大学、西安工程大学、北京大学相邻，文化气息浓。购物、吃饭、旅游、停车很方便。值得一住。

房间装修上档次，相当于高档酒店，干净、卫生、舒适，电视接的是广电高清，可以看很多台，和在家看没区别。交通便利，位置好，门口有超市、广场，小区停车让人放心。小区对面有各种小吃。wifi速度快。前台服务特别好，特别热情。以后还会来住，也会介绍朋友来这里住。
