最不满意的一次，接待朋友定了三间房子，结果人到店前台说没有他们名字，查询不到，给艺龙打电话沟通，大包小包在前台等半天。结果定的含早的房间，早上起来酒店又说不含早，结果又打艺龙电话，协调到现在都九点多了也没回复。真是够了，以后再也不在艺龙定房了！
