位置很好，去碑林，钟楼，回民街，永宁门可以步行，地铁公交也很方便。附近本地人吃饭的地方也多。服务人员很热情，能力范围内的问题都会尽力解决。
住了四晚，三个房间，房间都很大。第一个房间整晚中央空调外机的轰鸣声，基本没睡着，毛巾也是发乌色有破洞，卫生间有味且灯光昏暗，后来换了其他房间都很安静干净。
早餐不要奢求太高，就是粥，小菜，水果，只能填饱肚子。
最最不可思议的，整个酒店无线信号形同虚设，基本不能用，床头没有插座，前台电话一直不能接通，这些硬伤完全不符合智能酒店的定位。

酒店地理位置很好，到钟楼、回民街、城墙都很近！就是办入住前台居然查不到订单，为啥不是同程的订单？打了客服当时转不到售后后面也没人追踪？同程的服务太差了！给差评！后来前台查了好久才查到，耽误了时间！同程已经碰到两次入住查不到订单问题了，看来今后真要换平台订了！

千年尘灰，房间卫生很差，一进门就能闻到，刺鼻的灰尘味。基本上没有什么服务，住了四天打扫一次卫生，东西用没有了还的自己去要才给补。性价比一般

在西安的前三天都住的欧杰西酒店（就在这个酒店旁边）由于要多住一天 他们房满了所以搬来这家 欧杰西设施卫生条件都比这个好了不知道多少 同等价位真的一定别住这家 毛巾枕头都脏的要死 而且设施很老旧 下面是房间枕头的照片 自己看就知道了

一个人住的，本来想订大床房，结果没有了，就定了标间，超大，环境很好，很安静，大堂在五楼。
房间很舒服，就是床头的插头离床太远了，躺在床上不能边玩儿手机边充电 有点不方便
