我们一共定了2间房，酒店设施服务都很好，提供的零食饮料也很开心，就一个缺点，316的床头应该是临近卫生间下水，早晨的时候下水声音很大，害我们以为有人来开我们的房门都惊醒了希望有所调整改善

订的标间主动给我升级成亲子房了，酒店离钟楼公交三站路，其实很近，酒店硬件设施非常好，服务人员也很热情，还给旅客准备了小点心牛奶水果和饮料，还有面膜！简直感动！装修很有特色，年青人应该都会喜欢，虽然停车的地方不大，但在退房之后仍然让我们免费停了半天，对节日高峰出行的我们提供了很大的便利。

环境服务都很好，床睡着也很舒服，就是第一天的空调不给力，开窗户还很吵，果断跟前台说了并且很痛快的帮我换了房间安静了许多，对他们的服务表示感谢
