设施都是好的，床品也很舒服，但是为啥提供的免费水都是苏打水，配料表标明了很多添加剂，有安赛蜜等。纯净水反而收费！望改进！

酒店走的是设计师品牌的路线，通常的星级酒店不太一样，很有小资的情调。这家酒店的位置也很好，距回民小吃街仅几百米。酒店的设计胜在细节，比如全自动马桶、英国床垫、挂耳咖啡包等等。早餐的环境很捧味道也不错。前台小耿、小姚服务热情。

酒店还行，就是门面太小，找了很久，出租车都找不到。。。房间蛮有情调但是有味道，情调顿时变成了劣质感，但床睡着非常舒服。还赠送了入住欢迎水果，手写卡片，蛮用心。其他一般。

整体上来说酒店设施位置都很好，除了办理入住时候让人感到服务略呵呵哒之外，其他一切完美。我之前定房的时候就注意到了入住时间最晚是18点，于是联系了酒店说明我18点到不了酒店让酒店更改延长入住时间，酒店说订房会全天保留让我放心。可能是处于谨慎吧，我还是觉得不妥于是联系了艺龙客服让艺龙帮忙修改了订单入住时间为21点前，并收到确认短信，这条短信太重要了了！！果然我和朋友在20点入住的时候酒店前台小姐姐说下午给我打了两个电话都没人接房子入住时间是18点于是取消了了入住！于是心里呵呵哒了，这就是之前我和酒店反复确认回复我说房子全天保留结果，然后我说明我不是不接是你们打电话的时间我在飞机上，然后拿出了艺龙更改入住时间的短信，小姐姐才又给我们办理了之前订单的入住。过程曲折到结果总算顺利。入住三天酒店的设施，位置服务还是不错的。总体上下次还会选择。
