这次入住得酒店是我最满意的一次，不管从硬件还是软件，全季都给我非常好的体验，从入住热情得接待，到房间干净整洁清爽得卫生和细心的服务，从细心准备的儿童拖鞋，高端大气沐浴露和洗发水，精美果盘，无不体现了以人为本的贴心服务，让我感受到了五星级酒店的服务，带父母出来旅游睡眠很重要，非常感谢前台小姐姐为我考虑安排安静的房间，还细心介绍了西安旅游景点的路线，真的很棒，周围餐饮，娱乐设施一步之遥，来古城西安最佳选择入住的酒店，感谢酒店所有工作人员对我们无微不至的关怀，我们下次见。

酒店卫生干净，房间敞亮给人清新脱俗的感觉，房间还有免费的农夫山泉矿泉水，免费的茶叶，楼层阿姨很有礼貌服务态度很好，前台小哥哥服务态度也很好，很细心的为我们介绍房间，棒棒哒，房间枕头特别舒服，睡眠质量很好，大厅保安大叔很有礼貌，整体酒店服务人员态度很好，很有素质的一家酒店，周边吃饭地方很多，交通很方便，下次还会入住。

很满意，酒店位置很便利，出门几分钟有地铁2号线，可以到西安北站或去西安城墙。周边吃、购也有很多。酒店服务人员很亲切，入住环境干净简洁，走廊最里的房间也安静。总之，西安出差带景点转转都很方便。
