入住感受很差，房价是599，入住后，发现卫生间居然没有卫生纸了，只剩个桶桶，很郁闷，然后准备打电话叫前台，发现房间没有服务指南，电话没有前台按钮，没办法只能出门找服务员，发现走廊没有服务员，最后只能下楼！后来洗澡，悲催的事情发生了！他们是桶装的沐浴露洗发水护发素，三个瓶子都空了！还是在前台找服务员，十五分钟服务员开了，哪来的三个瓶子还是都只有一点点，我问怎么回事儿，她说库房没有了，在其他房间找的……唉！房间的主题特色是有冲浪浴缸，两个致命的问题，第一热水最多40度！第二，冲浪浴缸是坏的！唉……房间应该在整个酒店是价位中间的！安排的房间在电梯背后，由于晚上看电视，不觉得吵，到了早上可就郁闷了，听见电梯一会呼呼响一下一会响一下！唉……离店时问服务员，服务员只是笑笑。…也是醉了！房间面积大小倒是值600，设施让我觉得花的不值！建议大家选择其他酒店吧，起码不会很尴尬

帮客户预订酒店，客户反应酒店非常不错，非常现代化，人性化，价格稍微有点高，位置比较安静，房间洗脸池小了些。
