对酒店的硬件设施我其实很想给个差评，没有停车位，我们自己跑了几圈找的市政停车位，然后给了我们一楼，潮湿的味道不说，隔壁一晚上的装修声音感觉就没有断过，给了全五分，纯粹是给店里一个小伙子，看我们一行有小朋友，态度非常好，还人性化的给其中一个房间做了延时退房。硬件是暂时的，有服务的心，给个好评

特别棒的酒店，服务员看我们三人预定标间，又赠送了一个早餐劵，又给拿了一套洗簌用品和拖鞋，自助洗衣房带烘干，熨烫机，很方便

酒店位置很好，离景区都很近，大唐芙蓉园，大雁塔都很近，一楼有书吧，还有孩子玩的地方，一进门就给酸梅汤喝，前台星辰，棣棠服务很不错，下次还会来这里，好评！

东篱妹子服务很好 离店的时候还给了两瓶矿泉水 很好啊 西安最近太热了 早餐也不错 种类也多 酒店房间干净 还有洗衣房书吧 下次还来
