服务太差、设施陈旧、房间太小
酒店地理位置很好，就在新城广场边上。
保安人员服务很好，停车指挥很熟练。
房间设施陈旧，洗澡只能站在浴缸里，房间特别小和普通的如家快捷差不多。
退房时前台员工压根0服务，没有问候，客人走到前台压根没看见。跟她说退房把预授权撤销说了3遍，而她只接了房卡。没反应。一直板着脸和我骗她钱一样！
