前台服务很贴心 服务态度那是没得任何挑剔的 我点的外卖 前台小妹主动帮我们拿上来 还帮我们免费延迟到两点退房 前台王经理和黄瑞帮我们提前预约去景点的时间以及门票 并免费借公交卡以及口罩给我们使用 还赠送了我们小礼物__皮影 此次入住对酒店前台员工们留下了美好的印象 下次来西安还会选择该酒店 很值得推荐 唯一失望的是客房香皂碟烂了也没发现，不上档次。
