钟楼饭店越来越不走心了。。。前台客服都像霜打了一样，连个微笑都懒得挤？酒店房间打扫不干净，卫生间还留着上一个客人留下的洗发水，一拿毛巾桌子上残留的洗发水都沾在手上。。。最不可思议的是房间里的被子都是潮的。。。睡觉还得先盖一块毛巾。。。四星级做成经济酒店的水准真是。。。本来房间就比较老，还不好好打扫，一进屋里整个观感就像进了一家经济酒店。还没人家经济酒店干净卫生，地理位置好就这么挥霍自己的优势？？一言难尽。我们定的景观房，讲真，如果不是为了看一眼钟楼，只为住宿，还是换个酒店吧。不值当花这么多钱买一堆不舒服，出来玩本来就很累，晚上连个舒服的觉都不能睡，这不是闹心吗？这么多钱都够定两个经济酒店的房子了，而现在西安很多经济酒店的水准都比钟楼高。之前来住过钟楼好几次，这次是体验最差的一次。所有住过的星级酒店里，钟楼饭店最名不副实。差评。
