舒适房间内与邻房有门，不隔音。晚11时入住时给前台提出更换房间，前台一小姐解释说防噪音，且邻房无客人入住。与客房中心再次核实仍答邻房无客人入住。但次日早六点半开始，邻房小孩大吵大闹一直到近9点，投诉到前台无果！隔壁说话清晰，根本不防噪音！不知酒店为何撒谎，欺骗客人？！如此房间结构早应封闭房内连门！建议客人绝不可预订此种房间！不合格的星级酒店标准间！
