服务超级不人性化，我之前订的三天，等我到了行程打算改为两天，之前都预付了。我打算退一天，前台给我说和艺龙商量，我就给艺龙说。艺龙打电话去前台就说前台不同意。不知道是个什么意思。太不合理了！！！！超级差差差！！！而且给的房间也是几套一起中的一间，不知道是谁抽了烟，臭死了！

订的大床房，结果到店说没有独立卫生间，说加50可以升级成有卫生间的，于是住到546房间，吃完饭回来晚上12点左右楼上就一直高跟鞋和吵闹到凌晨3点，怀疑楼上是**（************），无奈要求换房，半夜三点折腾一岁多女儿搬到16楼，蚊子咬了一晚上。差评，差评，差评。
