酒店原是商住楼改建，几家旅馆分租下不同的楼层，故此酒店前台不在对应的门栋。16层楼，几家旅馆，只有两部电梯，上下楼十分不便。房内无电话，无法直接联系前台；电视只有乐视内网视频，没有普通电视台；热水不稳定，洗个澡要中断几次，等上一两分钟才能续上；打扫不干净，入住时茶杯里还有上一批客人泡的茶汤；门缝内天天都会被塞有特殊服务的小广告。如果不是位置离订的一日游集合点较近，简直是一无是处。
