十一出行早早预订了这家酒店，再三确认了已经预订成功，预订的时候显示不要求付定金，入住当天被告知要提前给他们财务打款，怕信息泄露要求在艺龙担保，本以为万事大吉，结果还没到西安对方打电话说没！房！了！给预订其他酒店，能给解决住宿就没过多要求，下飞机后又说有房了，进去一看是棋牌室临时改的，卫生间没有水，被罩被子脏的要命，折腾到半夜两点才换好。第二天换了房间，浴室地漏、洗手盆全堵了！退房时要求开发票，前台说没发票了，可以给邮寄，前前后后打了三次电话，一直说给寄，到现在也没见发票的影子！酒店位置一般，住店期间多拨游客遭遇预订成功入住不成功的情况，酒店唯一优点就是院子环境不错，一楼酒吧装修不错，但是有什么卵用呢？

不咋地，刚办理入住前台态度就爱理不理的样子，房间太小，不值这个价！

客观来说：酒店位置不错，离机场大巴站不远，离公交车站也很近，出行方便。门外有小吃，吃饭也挺方便。一楼大厅装修的不错，挺有情调。以上是优点。缺点是客房服务，我们住进去的第一天，桌椅床头柜上都是灰尘，地板上还有干面条等垃圾，看上去就像很久没有人打扫过的样子。等我们离开的那天，地上的干面条还在那，灰尘也一样没有少。我们订的1.8米的大床，却给我们安排的1.5米的，带电话跟前厅沟通了给我们换回1.8米的大床。wifi巨慢。其他的很一般。

国庆出游，提前几天订的1.8米的大床房，3号办理入住，店方说没有1.8米的大床房，网上信息有误，只有1.5米的大床房，也没有空房可以换，“爱住不住”，这是店方原话，带了小朋友，一家3口住1.5米床房间，几天都没睡好，非常不满意！！！

格调可以，设施不行，房间没有洗澡拖鞋，没有方便袋，尽然到前台问了也没有。
