一张房卡押金的问题拖了一个星期到现在还是没有结果 我不知道作为酒店前台退钱流程是什么 但是一个星期足够证明前台有多不专业

在这家酒店住了也不是一两次 对于酒店其他也不想做出评价 但是前台的服务我真的是想要吐槽 入住时多拿了一张房卡收取了50元押金因为是微信支付前台人员说让我加酒店微信告知我退还房卡时退还押金 但退房时酒店员工好像不知道此事告知我第二天中午十二点前会退还押金 如果没退让我致电酒店 第二天中午果然没有及时退还 一直等到下午五点我致电酒店前台无人知道此事称询问一下 至今已过去四天之久未收到退还的押金 未收到酒店的回复电话 ……
