实际是“社会主义学院”的酒店，应该是党产的。酒店不错，上高速方便，坐地铁也比较方便。院内有两座酒店楼房，酒店大厅的房间比较大，是中央空调，另外一座房间较小，冬季是水暖供暖，如果住这里一定要住向院内的房间，靠外的向马路，不适合休息。

一般，尤其是总台的服务和管理差距很大。这是观念和意识的问题。我在大厅等了2小时，看着很多人入住，就是我没房间，我有会务和网络定的房间，看着其他人入住，服务员给我的答复是，他们入住的是没有打扫的的房间。我也可以住，只要给我一个房间。最后，好像，给了我特殊待遇，给了我一个房间。我感谢你了，因为我是客人！！
