服务员的态度正如网上其他客户的评论，冷、很冷！房间空调一直不制冷，炎热的夏天，28度的室温持续一夜！打了好几次电话不处理！窝火……拼服务的年代，这样的服务水平只会使酒店在软实力方面大打折扣！
