酒店就在大雁塔边上，但是也很吵，两边全是饭店，酒店设施陈旧，房间很小，灯光很暗，房间内满是臭味，跟服务员说房间臭，还老大不乐意说只是卫生间反味而已，不是臭，换了几间都一样，有的据服务员地毯刚洗过更臭……无语了，酒店wifi信号几乎为零，在房间内用自己的流量吐槽，再也不会来了，破坏了西安之行的好心情！！！

非常满意，由衷推荐！
给爸妈定的这个酒店，在酒店住了四个晚上，吃了好几顿饭，宾馆服务超好，菜炒好了面条做好了直接送到房间，饭菜可口，上菜速度快。酒店就在大雁塔景区里，离陕西博物馆很近，位置好服务号。推荐！

第一次入住慈恩客栈，在旅游区内，旁边有亚洲最大的音乐喷泉广场和大唐芙蓉园，也有很多好吃的好玩的，很热闹，酒店服务也不错，一次完美的旅行。

古色古香的一家店⋯⋯确实不错⋯⋯但是美中不足的就是前台那张好像很了不起的脸⋯「你定了？你是不定错了？我没查到？我看你订单⋯⋯姓名在哪？你找出来⋯⋯」⋯就这态度⋯⋯算了不计较了⋯⋯

没有想象中那么有特色，设施比较陈旧，卫生间环境一般，房间有点小，地里位置是靠近大雁塔，但如果这个价位的话，有点不值，反而还更喜欢后面定的酒店，便宜又大又干净。
