酒店的卫浴设施好，是汉斯格雅的，就我个人而言，和家里的同品牌会让我有亲切感。
酒店很新，我的标准是住新不住旧，因此没有选择城墙外的那个君什么酒店。
酒店服务很好，小巧精致，每天路过吧台都会打招呼，晚上有夜宵赠送。包括保洁人员也是热情礼貌。
酒店很时尚，房间有灯控和电动窗帘；公共区域也设计得舒适；来送机的司机的朋友看了酒店门口说
下次也想住这。

酒店前台的小姐姐小哥哥服务老热情了，餐厅餐食很不错，种类很丰富，总之酒店很棒，非常适合年轻人，很潮，推荐指数满天星

前台服务态度非常好，酒店环境也很不错，关键是地址位置非常好，就在城墙边，离到钟楼走路十五分钟左右。但是房间偏小，适合年轻人居住，不适合太商务或者太正式的，不过房间科技感很强，我还是蛮喜欢的。

第一次带孩子来西安玩，美好的心情是从入住欢阁酒店开始的。本来要订旁边的汉庭酒店，当天没有房间了，就往湘子庙方向走走看看，有没有其他的酒店，谁知就这样遇见了CiTiGo，简直是意外的惊喜！酒店的外观设计和大厅风格都很有特色，大厅是酒吧式的设计风格，工作人员服务也非常nice，在我们办理入住时，给我们准备了咖啡和热茶，感觉很贴心！房间也非常干净整洁，现代感十足，用手机就可以控制房间设备开关，总之非常满意！CiTiGo酒店是我们入住的所有酒店当中最满意的一家了！
