这个酒店体验实在是太差了，服务人员态度就是不理不睬的，花洒坏了打电话给前台和客房中心都没人接，还得自己跑下去，下去之后还不理人，还说他们没有听到电话响，我打了三遍好吗…找人来修之后修的人还在门口窃窃私语我们怎么不自己修…呵呵

说实话这个价格有点高，酒店房间不是很大，卫生间有异味。设施陈旧，位置也很偏。所以希望能改进一下硬件

酒店设施很陈旧，不应该是四星级酒店应有的，卫生巾的瓷砖都看得到裂缝，橱柜门居然拉一拉就脱出轨道了。停车也很费事，进出都需要保安帮助。床单被套还算干净，脏了也能及时换。
