  第2次入住这个地方，服务比去年更好了，前台的服务，包括对高考生的贴心服务，以及楼层服务员都非常热情周到。有时候觉得自己都挺麻烦的，但酒店都很积极的给予解决。今年新增了外婆印象 ，早餐中餐一起解决，非常不错了。还有免费的停车场。推荐作为高考和中考生的首选酒店。虽然离学校有10来分钟的路程，但是与孩子边走边聊也是一个很好的体验。

  位置优越方便，离西北大学很近，房间环境很舒适 卫生干净，前台服务超赞，尤其前台姓程的小姐姐，服务热情周到，点赞👍 推荐推荐

  图片是原本订的房间，房间不大好在卫生间非常宽敞。后来发现抽水马桶是坏的，马上联系前台说给换房。换到楼上同房型的房间后卫生间抽风机声音又巨大。当时已经晚上10点多，投诉给酒店后店长马上来了。好在态度非常好，换同楼层一间稍大的高级大床房，才算圆满解决了问题。 后来我们又另外订了3晚35平大房间，有沙发有桌子。酒店楼下有免费的小零食拿。总统还算不错。
