位置在南门内东北角，挨着书院门，还不错，房间无窗，烟味很大，通风不好，屋内异味，清洁程度也不太好，促使我决定以后不会再订无窗房，服务态度尚可

硬件差隔音效果差，服务态度恶劣，语气差，不尊重顾客，还老顾客会员，自己硬件设施有问题还要求顾客做这做那，我们是花了钱，不是免费住吧，想住的开心点，不是花钱找气受的，服务员协调问题语气恶劣方法不合理。找顾客问题时，麻烦提升一下酒店的服务人员专业素养。

位置特别好，就在永宁门边，但停车困难，酒店不提供停车位了，我改定了一晚，酒店暖气足，但热水不行，放很久才有，用一下就没有了，早晚都是这样。
