房间卫生太差，卫生间臭味很重，楼下在装修，一大早就听打凿声起床，早餐太差，品种少不说，还断货，如果有下次来西安绝对不想再来。

酒店位置很好，离博物馆和大雁塔都很近。设施较陈旧，服务很一般，裤子落在酒店，找前台问，说找不到服务员，一会说等10分钟，一会说再等一分钟，结果等了三四十分钟没消息，着急赶车走，发了一通火。后来答应找到寄过来，还不错。餐厅装修，早饭送到房间，但是很简单。
