酒店整体感觉还是想当不错的，服务也特别好，让人感觉很舒服。之前看到评价说到房间异味问题，确实有，不过并不严重，客服处理也很及时。不足之处1、地毯给过于陈旧，给人感觉很脏，我是带着老人孩子入住，孩子老是光脚跑，让人很担心。2、设施配备，这么高档的酒店，无洗衣服务，卫生间垃圾桶不带盖，夏季容易滋生细菌。3、房间内每天只配四瓶桶装水，居然是冰露，档次太低了。4、早餐干粮，馒头包子常常冰凉，油条又凉又硬，玉米没煮透。家里老人有点拉肚子。不过整体是好的，起码在我住的这么多酒店中，唯一一家见不到蚊子，不会别蚊子袭击的酒店，这点必须点赞。

很不错的酒店，一行4人，两室一厅还是挺不错的~环境，服务都挺不错，第二天阿姨搞卫生，搞得很干净，房间很干净，很整洁。酒店位置也不错，离小寨很近，地铁什么的都很方便。在西安玩了三，四天，在金莎住了4天，很开心还有浴缸。还有一点！就是酒店主卧里的按摩足浴，懂得人可以问问~有点小贵！
