第一次来西安旅游，查了很久，决定住在回民街附近，离吃的近一些。选来选去，这家酒店被选中！入住时候，特意跟前台说无烟安静的楼层。之后被安排在无烟层。确实写着无烟楼层，但是！第一晚半夜我就被烟味儿呛醒！后来说是这里举办什么会议，整层都住满了，之后满楼道的烟味儿！也向前台反映过，然并卵！并没有毛用！！！说好的无烟呢！最后一晚，烟味实在太大！又给前台打电话，来了一个大姐，说她也没办法！住店的时候问客人是否抽烟，都说否。入住之后有在房间抽的，还有在楼道抽的……都什么素质！但是不管怎么说，这都是酒店应该想办法解决的！别跟客人说没办法！如果没办法，就别弄个无烟层！糊弄谁呢！
第二个说说安静！那房间空调跟换风在一起的，导致开着空调必须开换风，换风的出风口就跟飞机引擎一样，那声音大的呀！我只能戴耳塞，但是还是可以听到噪音！
不过空调还算给力，住的这几天也不冷！
总体来说这家酒店的性价比一般！以后再来不会再选这里！
