只是刚订了不到4分钟就取消订单，显示4全额退款，到现在都没有退款，打电话一直推卸问题，到酒店前台问这个事情都爱搭不理的，真的不知道怎么会敢有这么高的价格，非常不满意

酒店位置优越，南门外，房间安排在拐角的一间，可以看见城墙，出门就是2号地铁，周围小吃店很多，就是开门时间会晚一点儿，周边有大商场，购物吃饭都很方便。步行去钟楼、鼓楼、回民街一站地的距离。
房间大床是两张床拼在一起的，睡在中间会不太舒服，早餐真的很一般，各种半成品，包子、花卷、豆包、油条、土豆饼…全是速冻食品，没有体现出五星级酒店的水平。

酒店前台服务非常好。酒店离永宁门城墙、大雁塔、陕西历史博物馆、钟楼、回民街等景点非常近。城景房可以看城墙夜景很美，出酒店有地铁公交。周边还有王府井百货、skp 商场，购物吃饭很方便。

感觉很不错，品牌店就是不一样。服务很周到，餐厅的饮食也很不错。床褥很舒服，被子是羽绒的，被套是纯棉，针数不低。就是洗澡的水比较小，不知道是不是花洒的问题。卫生很好，窗台那些地方都没有灰尘。这次由于预定的房间没有房了，酒店升级到了行政房。大窗户直接看到永宁门。除了网速很难，其他都不错。下次还会选择这里
