服务人员态度很好，房间整洁干净，退房时因为女朋友生日还送了一个小礼物，很不错，值得推荐，其中英子和娟儿两位服务人员非常热情，感谢她们两位！

酒店环境优美，步行十来分钟就能到达大雁塔音乐喷泉广场，前往陕西历史博物馆步行也只20分钟左右，楼下有很多特色小吃，还有超市便利店什么的，都非常很方便，前台服务好，有求必应，酒店管理和安全措施到位，刷卡电梯有安全感。房间卫生干净，通风采光效果非常好，安静舒适，满意！

非常好的酒店。首先是服务很贴心，免费给我们升级了房间。房间非常干净，卫浴用品很有档次。整体装修有些北欧风格，非常清新自然！酒店前台的服务人员非常热情，有求必应，这样贴心的服务很多五星级酒店也是做不到的。酒店的每个细节都做到了人性化，让人感觉非常舒适，我们每年都来西安旅游，以后再到西安，肯定就住璞隐了！另外说下，前台的美女服务员给我们推荐的羊肉泡馍店也特别棒，吃了一顿很过瘾的羊肉泡馍。
