订的大床无烟房，因为是平台给搞了个会员积分换的酒店给了个老人房看着好闹心😠

第一次去西安出差及第一次入住此酒店印象不好，因是單人出差所以想著睡大床房，但是給了我兩張單人床房。下去入住登記前台理論時說排訂單而沒有大床房所以只剩單人房，之後叫我去攜程理論。最後講到要使用公司合約賬戶及找經理才換給大床房。當時到達只是下午四時半左右，怎會馬上排到沒有大床房? 入住登記時又不說!!
下次找他們經理使用公司合約更便宜及更能保証有大床房。房間整體可以，只是霖浴花灑有點壞，及沒有浴袍供應。
