太太糟糕的一次入住，因为航班原因凌晨四点才能到酒店，所以提前跟酒店沟通过，但是到店后被告知订单没有了，而且没有房间，几户动怒的情况下，店员才让保洁去收拾了一间顶楼的房间，根本不是我定的商务房，酒店没有任何的人性化处理问题，我差不多五点休息，店员告知我可以给我免费的早餐，你是想气死我吗？坐了四个小时飞机，一个小时车，让我睡三个小时起来吃饭？真是谢谢你们的所谓的好意了！我真是因为太累也太困，所以没功夫跟你们闹，太让人失望了！耽搁了我差不多一个小时的时间，还要让我十二点之前退房，如家？只是虚名而已，哪里如家了？真是最糟糕的一次入住，再也不会住如家的酒店了，还是因为是艺龙旅行网的原因呢？劝大家入住之前也一定要咨询清楚再选择！
